Trick-or-Treat

Etney was a Hobo if you couldn't tell. We got a ton of compliments on her costume, a couple of people even said it was the best they had seen all night. We were very proud of Etney. She did so good, walking all the way on her own, saying Trick-or-Treat at all the houses and thank you when we walked away! She is growing up so fast. It's so much fun to watch her enjoy the holidays! Happy Halloween!

Pumpkin Carving

We carved our pumkins today! Ready for the big event, Etney painted hers and did a fantastic job if I do say so myself. This was a first attempt at running my camera by remote. I think it turned out ok. I may need some more practice though. Well Happy Halloween all!

Pumpkin Patch

Yes it's that time of year again! I love the fall and am so excited for all the upcoming festivities. Watching Etney grow and being able to share all these fantastic traditions with her is amazing and so much fun! She is not always as thrilled and excited as I am (she takes after her father) but she's a good sport. So for the past two weekends we have gone to the pumkin patch. We decided to go to the one in Fallon this year and give it a try, although it was fun it wasn't as good as I had hoped so I made Dusty take us to the one in Reno. We had fun looking at the animals and checking out all the pumpkins. So we wanted to share our pictures. Happy Fall, enjoy!

Visit to Grandma and Grandpa Ekker's in June

Etney and I took a trip to Round Mountain, She had so much fun. We fed the horses and cows and we rode. We played in the dirt and Etney has such a good time at Grandma and Grandpa Ekker's house. We can't wait to go back. This time she was ok riding the horses and npt scares at all. It was nice to see she has a little of my roots...
